This notice describes data handling on the MENTIS LH website in its current launch configuration.

What data do we process?
For a project enquiry, we may process the name, work email address, company, area of interest and the business or technical situation you choose to describe. If the web form is later operated in API mode, technical source data such as the source page, referrer and approved campaign parameters may also be transmitted.
Why do we process it?
We use the information to respond to enquiries, establish requirements and potential fit, take steps before entering into a contract, and maintain necessary business correspondence. Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis may be pre-contractual steps or a legitimate business interest.
How does the project enquiry work?
The launch configuration uses email hand-off: the information you enter is used to prepare a message in your own email application, and the website does not send it on your behalf. If an approved server-side form transport is enabled later, it may send data only to a configured and verified lead destination.
Service providers and transfers
Hosting, infrastructure and email providers required to operate the website and business correspondence may act as processors to the extent necessary for their services. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related business relationship, and to meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and where applicable object to processing or request data portability. You may also complain to the competent data protection supervisory authority.
Cookies and marketing measurement
The launch configuration does not activate Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta advertising measurement code. We do not set non-essential marketing cookies. If this changes, the required notice and consent layer will be updated before activation.
